The room was clean AND tidy. The room size was AMAZING for a city center hotel. Public transport access was easy, AND it was only a short walk away.
The room was small. I felt that if you're claustrophobic, don't stay in the smallest room. It's pretty much like a closet. the room was noisy, so I could hear EVERYTHING outside.

the location was good. tram was a minute away. restaurants surrounded the hotel.
the sound proofing was terrible, i could hear every sound made in the next room and traffic noise from the main road outside. the power point by the bed only worked with the light on. lights flickered when on, a general problem with the electrics then.

i found staff to be helpful and friendly. location was great. my room had daily service and i even found little treats. public transport was only a short distance from the hotel. i really appreciated the excellent location.
a slight smell of weed was present near the fridge. it wasn't too bad, but noticeable.

I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful! the location was good for seeing the museums. the tram to the airport was easy to access. I used it. breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. i would definitely return to this spot.
the sound proofing wasn't ideal, i heard some noise from other rooms! though this wasn't a major issue.

i found complimentary water provided which i appreciated. the bed was particularly comfy. the shower offered nice hot water a detail that enhanced my mornings. i also liked the excellent location facilitating easy access to various parts of the city.
i noticed a slight issue the breakfast options could include more bitter choices.
